Portable Vacuum Grid Chuck System

The NEMI Vacuum Table is designed to hold parts secure using vacuum. While the vacuum table kit doesn't replace a traditional machinist vise, it provides a platform for unique workholding strategies not possible otherwise.

All you do is remove a washer with a magnet or use our auto vacuum valve and place any of the following on top of the vacuum grid table: a pod, 5/16 round gasketing, 1/4 stand off stock & vacuum pins. Plates are made from cast aluminum plate and precision machined using CNC machines. With this grid plate setups are fast and simple. Plate sizes are available in most any size!

These tables are mounted on parallels with the vacuum supply routed up from the bottom. This allows for large vacuum supply inputs not available on smaller vacuum chucks.

These vacuum tables also work great for engraving operations. Toss out that expensive double faced tape once and for all!

Perfect for Flow Thru Machining using our water resistant MDF.
