The
NEMI Vacuum Manifold is designed to be low profile and does not take up much
room on your machine table. These
units are available in two different configurations. One has ball valves on each side,
allowing individual vacuum control for each pod along with control of the top
and bottom vacuum for those pods. The other includes one bleed to atmosphere
slider valve controlling all ports connected with one valve. Both configurations
are available with either 10 or 20 ports. All manifolds are equipped with 8mm
fittings unless otherwise specified.
