| Using
the NEMI Grid Table |
 |
Setting up and using the NEMI Grid Table is
very fast and simple! Using a magnet, remove the steel washer from any of
the vacuum ports. |
 |
Place locator pins(s) or vacuum pods over the
opened vacuum port. Place your material against the pin(s) on top of the
pod(s), turn on the vacuum and you're ready to go! |
|
| Using
our Patented Slider Pods |
 |
Loosen the (2) set screws on the bottom side
of the Vacuum Slider Pod. The pod will now shift .6 in any direction on
the base as well as rotate a full 360 degrees. Once the pod is positioned,
tighten the (2) set screws and you're ready to make parts! |
 |
Quickly and easily remove the pod tops by
simply shifting the base aside and removing the (4) flathead screws.
Replace the pod top with a new or custom top and you're ready to go! |
